Super flexible with too many features to list ( sorry we lost the manual so you might want to download)! On the main control bank Pitch up and down buttons. Transposer up and down buttons. Master volume min to max slider. On off power switch. AUTO BASS CHORD section with memory, fingered, single finger, and off selector buttons plus min / max bass, volume and chord volume. RHYTHM section with eight buttons to select 16 styles, variation, hand clap 1, hand clap 2, custom1, custom 2, custom 3 selector buttons plus min/ max volume and slow /fast tempo sliders. CUSTOM ACCOMPANIMENT section has Program, Rhythm, Bass , Chord and Clear buttons. ORCHESTRA section has all of the main tones selectable using 8 buttons to choose 16 different sounds; other shaping sounds from Duet, Trio, Sustain 1, Sustain 2, Stereo Symphonic and “To Lower” buttons plus on button and min/ max volume slider SOLO section offers 8 buttons to choose 16 sounds, sustain and on buttons button and min/ max volume slider. Lastly Tape Save and Load, and MUSIC PROGRAMMER with 3 “record / play back buttons for solo, orchestra and chord/bass plus pause. And, just when you thought you had everything covered on this, you’ll note a line of buttons above the key section, which include key split, keyboard percussion, fill in 1, 2 and 3, Synchro start, start, stop, intro / ending, registration memory, program, 1,2 and 3, and midi mode! But wait there’s more! There’s also a Latin percussion area on the lowest keys, 11 sounds AND a Drums section with 10 more! On the back are the following sockets TAPE IN , TAPE OUT MIDI IN MIDI OUT FOOT SWITCH and Expression pedal Aux out DC in. And a Yamaha PA40 power adapter So we haven’t tested the tape saving because no tape deck - and no midi either. But all of the keys and sounds seem to work.
