Description: For sale is a vintage Yamaha PortaSound keyboard, model PCS-500. Has 49 keys. Measures about 33 inches long. Has unique folding lid which folds back out of the way to play, and then folds back down to be a lid over the keys. There's no date listed on it but I'd guess that this is likely from the 80's or 90's. Comes with a non-original powder cord, but it works fine with it. Can also run on C batteries (not included), however the battery door is missing so the batteries would need to be taped in or secured another way. Has been tested and seems to work fine. Please do note the knob on the rhythm volume adjuster is missing, but it can still easily be adjusted by just sliding the metal post that the knob would've been connected to. Battery door cover is missing. Power cord is not original but works fine. Cosmetically this item has some light marks/scuffs from general use but is still sturdy and suitable for further use. The fold down lid makes it nice for travel and carrying along wherever you go. Comes from a smokefree home. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
