Description: West Coast Textile Mills, Inc. was a small wholesale company of large bolts of fabric, founded by my grandfather in Los Angeles in the 1960's. The hand-operated notary seal offered here was used for official company documents, such as stock certificates and registered correspondence. The notary seal was manufactured by Legal Pocket Seals, and has an intact, smoothly operating spring and locks/unlocks as intended. Approximate dimensions when locked are: 5.25" x 2.75" x 2.75". Weight is 11.4 oz. Original carrying case has "West Coast Textile Mills, Inc." diagonally embossed across front, and is made of leather-like material with snap closure. There is some damage to one corner of this original case, but it still houses the seal without issue.
