Description: Vintage NeXT Computer N2000 Laser Printer For Sale- a Vintage NeXT Computer N2000 Laser Printer Part Number 369 as pictured. It has an HP 92295A toner cartridge installed, but I am going to leave that out of the shipment because A) it’s been sitting inside the printer probably for close to 20 years unused, B) I would hate for it to leak toner inside the printer if the shipment gets bounced around, C) it would add weight to an already heavy shipment, and D) new/sealed toner cartridges are available on ebay cheap. The sale includes the paper tray, which other than being black looks an awful lot like the paper tray that HP sold with the LaserJet III. I suspect there is supposed to be a an output paper tray as well but I do NOT have that so obviously it is NOT included in the sale. So you will receive the main printer body as pictured plus the standard input paper tray. The printer is in very good physical condition although there are some minor scuffs and scratches on top. When I finally got a closer look the input for this would be a DB-9 cable? I have more than several NeXT computers but none that have an operating system installed and I would have no idea how to output a print job from a regular computer to a nine pin input. So it is completely untested even for power. Given the cost of shipping something this heavy I am going to say this is for parts or repair only, and I will NOT accept a return. All items are sold as is with no warranty offered unless one is specifically stated. However, IF you pay the Buy It Now price and find a problem that you cannot live with within 14 days of receipt you may return it for a refund of the purchase price. If you submit an offer no cables will be included. Because of the size and weight of this shipment I have chosen to let the ebay shipping calculator assess the shipping charges. They are based on an estimated weight of 50 pounds in a box . The printer requires a standard modular AC cord but I no longer automatically ship those based on the theory that everybody has a box full of those already. If you need an AC cord they are available on request as long as including one doesn’t compromise the packaging. If you need one and don’t ask it’s going to cost you five bucks for me to mail one after the fact, it isn’t my fault if you can’t be bothered to read this far. And please note that if you do request an AC cord it will NOT be NeXT branded.
