Description: Guaranteed Authentic Disneyland souvenir record for the popular 1960s Disneyland attraction "Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow." Sponsored by General Electric, this animatronic show took guests on a trip through the progress of electricity in the home from 1900 to the future... the 1970's! The song, Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow, was written by the Sherman Brothers for this attraction which premiered at the 1964 New York World's Fair before finding its home in Tomorrowland at Disneyland. The attraction was built by Disney for General Electric for the World's Fair. In 1975, the attraction was updated and moved to Walt Disney World in Florida, where it is still to this day. For many years in Florida it used a different theme song, but has recently returned to the original song. I have not tested this record by playing it, but described it below based on my physical inspection of it. Size: 45 rpm Condition: Pre-owned in very good condition. Inspecting the record shows only minor scratches/blemishes. The front of the sleeve is clean but the back has some soiling marks and original owner's name written neatly at the bottom in pencil.
