Description: Red Cross bronze Centennial Commemorative coin/medal from U.S. Mint. Obverse has image of Red Cross volunteer comforting a man with lettering 1881-1981 on left top and "A Medal of Congress" on the top right, People Helping People at the bottom; Reverse has Red Cross emblem in middle with American Red Cross Ready for a New Century" encircling around edge, there is something stamped under Red Cross emblem but I cannot make it out. Nice bronze fatima color with minor wear, measures approx 1 1/2 diameter (see pic's for greater detail); Also included is a Gold Plate 3 Year Service Pin pin button back, never used and on card; card does have wrinkle and marks (see pic's for greater detail).
