Thus the fee due upon transfer (subject to change) is currently $1140 (15% of $7,600). THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS FEE AND ANY OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE FEES CHARGED BY THE CEMETERY FOR THE TITLE TRANSFER. The two burial plots are located in the West Ridgelawn Cemetery, King Solomon Memorial Park Section located at Dwas Line and Allwood Roads, Clifton, NJ 07014. They are in the Rebekah Section, Block 4, Plot 3, Graves 2 and 4. The graves are next to each other. This cemetery is for those of the Jewish faith only!
