Soak hair thoroughly with warm water. Dispense 1/2-2 pumps, depending on hair length, onto the palm of the hand and emulsify by rubbing palms together. Massage in gently to create a lather, add more water after massaging into wet hair to boost the amount of foam. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse Well. Squeeze out excess water. Can be used several times per week, depending on your level of build-up. You can and should use it as your body wash, too!
