I purchased this camera in-person, brand new, at B&H in 2008 or '09. It has only been used a handful of times over the years and has always been kept in a sealed, hard pelican case w foam. Excellent++ condition. (Case is great for storage but the rubber that goes over the wheels is starting to crumble off so it's not the best roller) Camera is in perfect functioning / mechanical / working and cosmetic condition. No issues, Near mint, cannot see any superficial flaws. There is no fog, mold, haze, etc. I love this camera, it is so high quality while managing to be low-weight for a 4x5. Selling simply because I have't used it in almost 3 year due to ~life~ Camera & lens also comes with the following: a hard pelican-style case, a gift of several contemporary plastic & vintage wooden 4x5 film holders, dark cloth, and loop for easier focusing.
