COPYRIGHT, 1944, BY CURT VALENTIN, NEW YORK COPYRIGHT, 1946, BY THE MUSEUM OF MODERN ART, NEW YORK PRINTED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Three Young Rats and Other Rhymes, with eighty-fiuve drawings by Alexander Calder, was first published in 1944 by Curt Valentin, New York, in an edition of sixty copies on Sevir mould made paper, each signed by the artist and containing one of the original drawings, and seven hundred copies on Arnold unbleached paper. A second edition of three thousand copies was published by The Museum of Modern Art, New York, in the spring of 1946. Both these editions were printed by S. A. Jacobs, The Golden Eagle Press, Mt. Vernon, New York. This facsimile, in smaller format, has been printed in 1966 by the Crafton Graphic Company, New York.
