Description: Hello and welcome- vintage cat octave . Item powers on , only makes buzzing sounds or static when the keys are played . The pitch does change when the controls are adjusted but all the keys are making the same sound when they are pressed . There was a heavy layer of cigarette smoke on this when I purchased it .
