Description: Daisy Records Ltd 🌼 Established 2005 The Beatles - White Album 1st UK Mono Press Complete with, die-cut black inner sleeves, photos and poster. The labels have No ‘An EMI Recording’ across all four sides showing it to be a true 1st press. Low Number: 0090390. Great sounding records with low mothers/stampers. This is a lovely copy of a great record with a low numbered sleeve Catalogue Number: PMC 7067/8 Matrix: Side One: XEX 709-1 Side Two: XEX 710-1 Side Three: XEX 711-1 Side Four: XEX 712-1 Mothers/Stamper: Side One: 3 LP Side Two: 3 TG Side Three: 2 TR Side Four: 8 GDD Media (Play Tested): G+ (Both Discs, All Sides). Sits completely flat with no warping. Good playing surface on all sides, with little surface noise, except crackles during the quietest parts. The spindle holes are clean but with evidence of having been played. Has, non-feelable surface marks across both discs, along with a couple of small feelable scuffs, that whilst not greatly affecting the sound, do prevent a higher grade which this probably deserves. Low mothers/stampers as you would expect from this pressing. Does not have ‘An EMI Recording’ across all four sides. Sleeve: VG+. Low number: 0090390. Very clean with some age discolouration. It has clean flip backs and good corners and sides. Some slight age wear at top loader. The number is clear and the embossed The Beatles has some laminate lift. A couple of very small marks across both sides and the interior from wear and storage. The spine is creased and has some laminate lift but ‘The Beatles’ and the Mono and Stereo catalogue numbers are fully readable. Inner Sleeve/Poster/Photos: VG+/VG+/VG+ All original black inner sleeve are uncreased with no tears at the die cuts, though the records have been stored in anti-static sleeves. The poster has age related discolouration but is in great condition and is beginning to split at the folds. The photos are nice but have pint holes in the corners from having been hung. What can I say about this pressing, that you haven’t already read? I will just say that this is a great complete package. Please also study the photos as these make up the full description.
