Loading data tapes into vintage instruments is often challenging even for experts like us - success often requires the signal to play back at exactly the right volume and speed. That said, we have no specific reason to believe there's any problem with this tape but it's being sold more as a collector's item than a guaranteed functional one since we don't know the state of the tape or that your equipment or technique are going to result in a successful data transfer.
