Sansui TU-717 reproduction rear bumpers (SRB1)

Description: Sansui reproduction rear bumpers SRB1 These are reproduction rear bumpers that were designed based on the original part. Below is a list of compatible models. AU-417AU-517AU-717AU-719AU-819AU-919TU-417TU-517TU-717TU-719TU-919 The included mounting screws have the same thread pitch as the OEM screws, but the threads have ~0.2mm larger diameter. If bumpers have never been installed on your unit, it may take some effort to drive the screws to form threads in the rear panel. If bumpers have been installed with original screws previously, then these screws should only very slightly enlarge the existing hole. Using the included screws is optional, and you may need to use other hardware depending on what (if anything) was used previously. I designed these bumpers in CAD using measurements taken from an original bumper part. They are nearly identical to the original part in terms of shape, wall thickness, weight, etc. In terms of finish, they have a matte texture on the bumper ends, while the sides have a grooved texture similar to an LP (print layers). The last two photos show one original bumper and one reproduction bumper. They are printed on a Prusa i3 Mk3S FDM 3D printer using PET-G plastic. Each pair takes just under 5 hours to print. These are printed on demand, and handling time may be up to 4 days. In most cases it will be shorter. Feel free to contact me with questions. The "bumper's" fit the TC-2110 Sansui cassette deck perfectly and screwed into the existing holes with perfect alignment.
