Sansui G-9700 G-971 reproduction rear bumpers (SRB2)

Description: Sansui reproduction rear bumpers SRB2 These are reproduction rear bumpers that were designed based on the original part. Below is a list of compatible models. G-9000G-9700 I designed these bumpers in CAD using measurements taken from an original bumper part. They are nearly identical to the original part in terms of shape, wall thickness, weight, etc. In terms of finish, they have a matte texture on the bumper ends, while the sides have a grooved texture similar to an LP (print layers). The close up photos of the bumpers each show one original bumper and one reproduction bumper. They are printed on a Prusa i3 Mk3S FDM 3D printer using PET-G plastic. Each pair takes over 8 hours to print. These reproduction parts are quite strong, however they may not be as strong as the original part due to the way they are produced. They should work as intended for preventing the rear fins from contacting walls/cabinets, and they will support the weight of the receiver when it is stood vertically (e.g. for maintenance). However, given that even the original bumpers were commonly broken, especially in shipping, these should be treated with care. For example, don't rely the bumpers to support the receiver when maneuvering it into another position. These are printed on demand, and handling time may be up to 5 days.
