Our turnaround time is usually under 10 days from the time of PO receipt. All repaired drive units are tagged for tracking purposes and are tested for 48hr on a machine in house prior to sending the unit back to you. Pricing is based on the repairs needed. ü Core Exchange Program – Many customers don’t have spare drives on the shelf, or they don’t have enough spare drives on the shelf to solve a problem when multiple non-working drives are encountered. For this, we offer our “Core Exchange” program. This program simply allows you to call and request X amount drive units under our core exchange program. We ship them to you, and once received, you place your non-working drives back in the boxes and ship them back to us. We exchange rebuilt tested ready to go working drives with your complete non-working drives. Pricing is based off the drive unit type being needed.
