During the course of my research, I was only able to find one other copy for sale, in similar condition, but significantly more expensive. The book itself is in acceptable condition. The binding is tight, but the paper cover has many stains and tears (including one along the spine). The pages inside are crisp, but yellowed by age, and a few have water damage. Please look closely at pictures (and zoom in) to ensure you are satisfied with the condition of the item.
