This is really only a very small part of the whole story however, and I don’t think that they should be blamed for it. None of us knows what it is like to starve to death and watch our babies die in our arms because we couldn't feed them. That there were survivors at all, and that they seemed to go on and live normal lives, is a testament to the incredible strength and spirit of our ancestors.
