That being said it is still held together well and would appreciate being handled with care going forward. The first couple of blank pages are noticeably yellowed. Title page with picture is less yellowed and the bulk of the book looks quite nice. I again urge you to look at the pictures to gain the best understanding. Other than that, the book has the obligatory name on the inside cover from the time when people didn’t preserve everything as a collectible. There is a slight crease on the pages 53 to 72, but it is minor. No other major marks present, minor imperfections not listed might exist.
