ONE VINTAGE NEW OLD STOCK CANVAS MILITARY STYLE WATCH STRAP/BAND BY AMERICAN STRAP CO., INC. , N.Y.C. 16mm wide (5/8") OLIVE DRAB COLOR These VINTAGE quality, U.S. made straps belonged to my brother who had a large collection of vintage watches. We inherited these. We personally don't collect military watches and we are having to downsize soon - so we must sell many of our collectible items. This will be a SALE listing for ONE - Vintage, 2 PIECE, 16mm (5/8") wide watch strap/band - as shown. It is 6-5/8" long when measured in its LAST/LONGEST LOOP. 4-3/4" long when measured when its in it's CLOSEST LOOP.....and 5-7/8" when measured when its set in its MIDDLE LOOP. This type band GENERALLY fits most all of the WWII American made military issue wrist watches as well as most other - later watches made for Korea and Vietnam. IMPORTANT: Remember - you MUST add the length of your watch to get the total length to compare with your wrist size that you will be wearing it on. It is a military style - OLIVE DRAB - in color and it is WATER REPELLENT. These TWO - PIECE - CANVAS/POPLIN STRAPS were U.S.A. made by the AMERICAN STRAP CO., INC. - NEW YORK. It is in NEW OLD STOCK - unused condition - as shown. It is a quality strap with sewed eyelets, matching canvas keepers, and a brushed steel buckle as shown. I have been told that these straps/bands were MILITARY ISSUED before/during WWII by this company - AMERICAN STRAP CO., INC. I cannot verify that statement as I'm not a MILITARY ISSUED - STRAP/BAND EXPERT. This two piece strap is NOT a reproduction. You will receive, as shown, a U.S. made, original, NEW/OLD/STOCK - WWII issued Military strap/band - in my opinion. IMPORTANT: The military watch shown in my photos is NOT included.
