You do not need a voltage converter for your iPhone. ONE (1) set of a two-part SKRoss adaptor that we bought in Switzerland (about $25) to use with our WaterPik. The box is included. This set comes with two parts, as shown in photos of the two-part adaptor and the box. The larger part is to be able to access recessed (deep) outlets which we found in Switzerland.
