Description: ** This listing is for (1) GOLD Roof Crest Emblem ** BACKGROUND: Cadillac formally dove into the "gold" emblem market by the mid 1980's (aftermarket vendors and custom shops had already been doing this for a few years earlier, mirroring the late 1950's Cadillac trend). The Roof Crest emblem was among the items that were "gold chrome" when you bought the optional Gold Editions. See sample pics on various 1985-1992 Cadillacs. ITEM INFORMATION: Listing is for ONE (1) Gold Crest emblem that adheres to your roof's side "sail" panel (they all had the heavy duty stick-on tape by this point - no more bolt-on or studded emblems). SOLD INDIVIDUALLY - 4 available. Great Gold shine~! They are heavy for their size because they are the last of the real metal emblems. Each one is in NEW condition with possibly some faint handling wear & tear (These are OOB -- Out Of Box -- no box or packaging came with them). You will need to get some automotive 2-sided all temperature emblem tape to adhere this to the car (About $5/small roll on eBay). NOTE: Early versions of this emblem had 2 studs on the back, later ones were stick on. This one will cover the stud holes (same crest size) as the studded ones. Appx dimensions = 1.5" wide and 1.25" tall. This emblem is an Excellent replacement for your faded gold one. It'll look great and match perfectly.
