Description: This is a fully operational Minimoog Model D synthesizer, serial #9223 (see picture). It's been recently serviced by an experienced Moog technician, trained by Bob Moog at Big Briar back in the day. The keyboard is in good shape, with a few keys drooping a little (see picture). I have had it serviced three times over the years by experienced Moog technicians. They have left the original components with two exceptions: the most recent service replaced the modulation and pitch pots for better response (the old ones worked, imperfectly). However, I have the original pots which will be provided to the buyer with the synth. We all know what a wonderful instrument this is. It's been gently-used, and kept in a smoke-free home studio since I bought it in the mid-1990s. I want it to go to a good home, where it will be treated well and make beautiful music. Since this is such a unique and valuable item, we will need to make special arrangements for shipping. Please contact me to discuss them. I am putting "for local pick up" for the time being.
