All of the button switches have been replaced with new ones, it's been cleaned, and the firmware has been updated to the newest one from Korg (version 13). It also has a fresh new memory battery and a new battery holder for easy future battery replacements. However I'm selling it for "parts or not working" because I will not accept returns on this due to the shipping costs. I will pack it very well and make sure you get it in one piece, but to be absolutely clear, you are buying it AS-IS at your own risk. Esthetically, there are a couple of cracks in the plastic, and there are some scuffs here and there, but it doesn't affect the functionality. Check the photos carefully, if you're looking for something that looks like it just came out of the factory floor you might want to look elsewhere.
