Description: Kaiser Electrical Instrument Co. Retro Synth Sound Sculpture by Tim Kaiser "Consider them to be a 'Sculptural Collage' that happens to make interesting sounds"That quote is from Tim's website, and describes it about as well as anything. Each of Tim's electronic sculptures is a one of a kind piece and he rarely repeats himself. This sculpture consists of a printed circuit board with some sort of chip, wired to the controls you see on the front. Each one changes the cycle and the pitch of the tones. I can only describe these tones as '50's sci-fi' with some psychedelic added. There is, or will be very soon, a video of this sound sculpture at play. Or me at play, I should say-it's really a lot of fun!The sounds it makes seem infinite as you tweak the dials. It was made to be plugged in to an Amplifier! An inexpensive practice amp will do! One of the knobs doesn't seem to do much, but I can't be sure. It sometimes depends on the combination of settings. 6/24-VIDEO ADDED! It will be up as soon as ebay approves.6/25-Video Delayed! Don't know why.6/25-We have video! It is 5"x 7"x 9" and it weighs about three pounds, four ounces invshelf
