Presented is an 8 ½” x 11” one-page San Jose Baseball Club, Inc. (San Jose Red Sox, Class C League) Stockholders Proxy document dated January 5, 1949 appointing one John Gannon to vote upon the stock owned by him as his proxy at the annual stockholder’s meeting. The document is signed by Cronin in black fountain pen with a Nm/Mint signature.
