Marked to underside: "925" for sterling silver and not clear mark, probably "Jerusalem" in Hebrew. Please see and inspect all photos. Probably made in Jerusalem, Palestine, ca1920's.-1940's. Pictures will tell you more. Approx: Dimensions (crosswise): 1-1/2in. x 1in. (38mm. x 25mm.) Weight: 0.26 troy oz. (8.2 gr.) Dark tarnish/patina, what is not a defect.
