The quarter is surrounded by symbols of the state including the state bird (Cardinal), the surrender at Yorktown to end the Revolutionary War, the state flower (Dogwood), the state butterfly, Arlington National Cemetery, branches from the state tree (Dogwood) and a flag symbolic Virginia as one of the original 13 colonies. Symbols are repeated on the back of the ornament with the face of the quarter showing. Includes a silver satin ribbon for hanging the ornament. Also includes a Certificate of Authenticity and a brochure with information about the ornament.
