Description: This Heubach boy is interesting. He is what I have made out to be mold 7829. No such mold number exists in my Gebruder Heubach book, but he appears to be identical to mold 7622 only with a cloth body instead of composition. He does not have the Heubach sunburst or square mark but "Germany" and his mold number are definitely the Heubach style. He is 14 inches tall with intaglio eyes and an open/close mouth. He is so very well dressed with his clothes sewn on that I cannot undress him to show his body, but in peeking under his clothes it appears his second prize winning was the reconstruction his Mom at the time accomplished. He has a replaced cloth body (could his original body have been kid?) with his original bisque head and hands. He wears such a wonderful outfit down to his shoes. His coat appears to be wool with a little damage on the right front hem. Such a handsome little boy ready to display.
