Description: Fender FSR Traditional 60S Jazzmaster Charcoal Frost Metallic w/Matching Head Description Condition: New Jazzmaster made in Japan! The Jazzmaster, which started out as a surf music instrument and is now as popular as the Strat-Tele, mainly for alterna, shoegaze, post-rock, and garage rock, is now available in Ishibashi's original model! The finish is a charcoal frost metallic color, and the head top is also finished in the same color for a matching head specification. The pickguard is a red tortoise shell pickguard with a strong red tint, and the knob is a retro witch hat, giving it a retro impression! The body is made of alder to emphasize the thick and viscous mid-range, which is vintage-like, while the body is made of basswood in the regular model! The neck is the same vintage-style 21 frets as the regular model, with a relatively flat 9.5” radius ‘U’ shaped maple neck for classic playability. The saddle is a mustang saddle to minimize the risk of string drop. The key to the sound is the “American Vintage '65 Single-Coil Jazzmaster” pickups, which are made in the USA and used in the American Vintage series. The output is a clear and crisp Jazzmaster-like sound with a vintage-like fat and sweet “emo” sound!
