Description: Nice antique 15 '' 1902 vase by Coalport commemorating King Edward VII isbeautifully decorated in cobalt and gilt with paw feet and lion head handles. On one side there is a scenic painting of Windsor Castle and on the other side there is fancy gilt decoration of ''AUG 9'' ''CORONATION'' ''1902'' on a ribbon, a crown, and initials within a wreath. It is signed on bottom and also signed on the inside of lid. The hairline at the lip is 1 3/4''and is tight and stable and tip of the crown on the lid is off. Just a beautiful quality vase commemorating a historic time and event. A wonderful piece to add to your collection. Thanks for looking.
