The bottom right corner shows an ad for the 5th war bond, which ran from June 12 through July 8, 1944, with a goal of raising $16 billion for the Allies' war effort. This is an early Black Terror story featuring Hitler as the villain. This issue comes in 2.0 (Good) condition. This book shows extensive evidence of handling with numerous moderate-to-major defects. Tape on the inside of cover near the single staple. Tears on back and front. Pages are uneven. Book comes bagged, boarded, and protected (cardboard & Insurance). See pics for more details.
