If you're looking at a serious instrument like this, then I'm confident you already have the studio monitors or headphones needed to appreciate it's impeccable quality. I'm not going to give a full tour of the Analog Four Mk2 because, if you're here, it means one of two things: 1. You already know what time it is. or 2. You got lost wandering around the internet unsupervised again. (It happens more often than I'll readily admit to.) What This Does NOT Do This will not compose your next hit for you while you sleep. You still have to press keys and turn knobs. What This Does Do When you finally do press a key, it will tune a bolt of lightning to the corresponding note and mercilessly drive it into the skulls of anyone you aim it at. This isn't a musical instrument as much as it is a weapon you use to wage your personal war against mediocrity. Why Mine Is Better? This unit is in pristine condition. It has less than 10 hours of use so it's barely out of the box. I purchase Decksavers with my gear so this thing has never sat out uncovered in it's entire life. You can think of it as a new synth, but with a used price tag. Why You Need It Because you have music inside of you and it’s probably amazing, but no one will ever know if you’re being misrepresented by some garbage sound. That’s the ugly truth. When you finally get that perfect melody or beat out, you want it to sound like you imagined it.
