Do not slide the stands from the sides. Follow these two easy installation steps: 1) First, hook the bottom part of the leg onto the Pod's edge. Then, tilt the leg backward to position the device into the stand while pulling back the back clamp. 2) Once the top of the clamp is over the edge, release it to fasten the leg securely. Repeat these steps for the other leg. You will receive two identical pieces, so you don't need to worry about which side goes where. That's it! Happy knobbing!
