The DAKOTA ALERT DCRH-4000 is a very reliable and easy to install driveway alarm. The transmitter operates on one 9-volt battery and has 25' of 3/8" diameter exterior hose that will lie across the drive. When a vehicle drives over the hose, a signal will be sent to the DCRH-4000 PLUS / DCRH-4K PLUS receiver up to 1 mile away*. The transmitter is weatherproof and meant for exterior locations. Up to 12 zones can be monitored with additional transmitters. The transmitters can be programmed so they will each sound a different tone at the receiver. The DAKOTA ALERT RE-4K PLUS / RE-4000 PLUS is an upgraded receiver for the 4000 series. It adds two NO/NC relays and a 12VDC terminal. These can be used to trigger external devices like bells, sirens and security panels. The DAKOTA ALERT RE-4K PLUS / RE-4000 PLUS Receiver with Chime and Relay is capable of receiving a wireless signal from any of the Dakota Alert 4000 series wireless driveway alarm systems or sensors. It can accept up to 16 wireless 4000 series transmitters and offers a selection of 12 different tunes. The DAKOTA ALERT RE-4K PLUS / RE-4000 PLUS receiver plugs into a standard wall outlet and can be placed on a table or mounted on the wall. When the receiver gets a signal from the transmitter, one of 16 different tones will sound for a few seconds. There is also a volume control, allowing you to set the sound to the desired level. Operating Temperature Range: -30°F to 120°F *Wireless range is maximum, line of sight, without interference.
