Description: A circa 1895 Mettlach playing cards German stein, model 2093. It's a beautiful etched design. This is a half liter stein. The stein is just over 6 inches tall and is in excellent all original condition with no chips, no cracks, no flea bites. The gold looks great and there is very little wear to the decoration. There are some typical manufacturing flaws like stray specks of paint or minor potting flaws - it was made this way. The pewter fittings are nice and tight.
