This WW2 Tiger I TANK features lots of authentic detail and 3 man crew. The turret rotates and has elevating barrel with printed bar cross insignia. Tank is made from stiff charcoal-gray color ABS plastic, measures 3.75 inches wide x 2.9 inches tall x 6.25 inches long (8.75 including barrel) and is approximately 1:38 scale. The tank commander 'half' figure is removable so hatch can be closed. Figures are made from tan soft plastic.This tank is also known as Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausführung H, PzKpfw VI Ausf. H, PzKpfw VI Ausf. E, and official designation is Sd.Kfz. 182 or Sd.Kfz. 181. Approximately 1,300 were produced from 1942 to 1944. It was deployed in the North African Campaign and on the Eastern and Western fronts of the the European theater.These tanks were initially offered to hobby collectors by Classic Toy Soldiers Company around 1997. Classic Toy Soldiers Co. worked with BMC Toys to make them available to today's youngsters.
