These have been worn before but very little wear is noticeable. There is a slight tear on the front of the pants near the front left belt loop, but that’s not noticeable and does not ruin the vibe and look of these jeans. The waist measurement is 14 inches across, a 13 inch rise, and a 30.5 inch inseam. Fits a women’s 8/10 and below. Could be styled for an oversized look if you are on the thinner side. Overall amazing jeans and the “stains” are part of the look and were there with the original purchase from the wholesalers.
