Description: Due to financial health reasons, I am forced to sell my cherished Andromeda. It’s is without question the most amazing synthesizer I’ve ever owned starting with Korg Dw-8000 in 1986. I’ve owned them all and nothing compares. I took this synth apart and cleaned out every single pot and knob. It has ZERO problems some people like to accuse the Andromeda of being afflicted with. No prameter jumps at all. This was one of the GOOD serial numbers.Take note also (see pictures) I also replaced the faded old Greenish screen with a brand new Blue “Negative” or “blueprint” screen. It is crisp and detailed and bright. The key bed is still very responsive as is the Ribbon and mod wheels. I have built a custom box with custom made snug foam inserts, and that box(double ply cardboard) slips into another box. You could not ask for a better shipping system. It will all be shipped safely. I want this beautiful synth to find a worthy home and I want it to get there in perfect working order. It’s a rare piece of synth history and I predict it will work for another 20 years easily! This is a fabulous example of an Andromeda A6. There is one blemish near the mod wheels. Thats pretty much it’s one flaw.
