There is a bit of heavier scuffs on the lead-in to, It Do Me So Good, but it does not get to the music grooves. The picture sleeve has no splits, but there is some unevenness (for lack of a better word in the seam on one of the sides - see listing photo. There are also pinholes in one of the upper corners, and a scrape-off of some of the paper on upper corner of one of the sides - near the catalog number (see listing photo). The outline of the label and record can be seen lightly on both sides. 45s4
