It is dated 1947 and is the earlier of two types of this note. The central arms have 16 scrolls around the wheat stalks on either side of the hammer and sickle. The later version, still dated 1947 but issued in 1957, only had 15. Size: 216 Millimeters or 8.50 Inches x 101 Millimeters or 3.98 Inches. Giant size holder necessary and included.
