Description: This is an original 1947-54 Chevy Pickup Truck UPPER Hood Latch Plate. Pretty decent condition, some normal wear and some lite pitting in areas-see photos. Safety catch handle will need some straightening and the little spring is broken-see photos. This fits up inside the Hood. GM Book shows this correct for '47-55 (1st series) Chevy commercial (1/2, 3/4, 1 ton) Pickups/Panels(3100-3800). (Will Not fit the bigger Utility/Farm Trucks). Please check my other auctions.
