Description: This is a one of a kind Lincoln Cent. It displays a large delamination error on the obverse (back right side of lincoln's skull.)The largest part is above and just behind Lincoln's ear.The error continues through his head and is also prominent around Lincoln's eye and forehead. This crack error is also clearly seen on the left side of the coin just below the "I" in "IN GOD WE TRUST" and extends as a crack exiting Lincoln's head to almost the right rim close to the "T" in "TRUST."Although Lincoln was shot on the left side of his skull above the ear, this coin is called the John Wiles Booth error coin as the bullet lodged just behind his eye. There are large coin "wound" errors at the back of his skull as well as his forehead and eye area. Truly this is a one-of-a-kind error that will look great in your collection.
