The hardcover has some scuffing and fading, but is sturdy and had an excellent vintage look. There does not seem to be an exact publication date listed. The preface is dated 1909, and there is a handwritten date of 1920. There are photos of the book from multiple angles, pages, and the hardcover as well as any flaws.
