Binding Intact--although slightly torn at the bottom when you first open the book. Pages have all yellowed/browned. Stains on many pages. Worm holes in only a couple places. Light water stained on top of most pages. Original owner penciled their name on one of the first pages. Yellow pages of a copy of a letter Grant wrote have came out--someone taped the back of these yellow pages where they ripped (see my photos).
