Description: This eye catching 1870's / 1880's red, white and blue drunkard's path quilt is all hand pieced and hand quilted, with a nice diamond border.It measures 74" X 80" and is in good / fair condition, with fade and damage in one quadrant of the quilt only (see pics... about 9 blocks total). The quilt otherwise feels strong and sturdy. The hand quilting is superb, with close straight line and grid designs quilted throughout at an even 9-10 stitches to the inch. The back is white, the hand stitched binding is indigo blue, and the batting is thin. You can see cotton seeds inside when you hold the quilt up to the light. The WONDERFUL COLORS, GRAPHIC DESIGN, and NICE BORDER make this 19th century beauty stand out!
