Description: Now there are antique Limoges butter pats and then there are THESE. And these are truly exceptional being sold as a set of 12 with each one being $25 each for a total of $300 for the set. Available is an extremely unique set of antique Limoges butter pats. Six are signed N.A.E. and 6 are signed N.A.R. which leads me to believe this was hand painted by the woman artist before and after marriage? It's a slight mystery! The six butter pats signed N.A.E. have gold trim and are on an unmarked blank square. The six marked with the green CFH GDA Limoges, circa 1880 hallmark, have the artists signed as N.A.R. All twelve butter pats feature a different flower. Perfect for a lover of botany, these butter pats feature the following floral strains: -Bittersweet -PInk Orchid -Pansies -Cosmo (only pat w/ two small chips) -Blue Forget-me-nots/johnny jump ups -Garden Rose -Pussywillow -Gaillardia (maybe Rudbeckia?) -wheat -PInk Rose -Blue Bearded Iris -Hellebore Please refer to all pictures for sizing and condition as they are part of the description. All items are pre-owned and sold as is. All sales are final. Returns Not Accepted. Will be shipping via UPS with insurance and proper packaging. Feel free to message me with any inquiries. Thanks for stopping by! FUNKY VINGETIQUES
